High Rize Servers Terms and Conditions!

1. Purchasing From High Rize Servers.
When purchasing from High Rize Servers you will be sending your personal information to us.

We do not and never will hand out any of your information to anyone. When you purchase from High Rize Servers you are expected to pay the full amount due on the next pay day.

2. High Rize Servers Quality of Service.
We as a company make sure we provide quality support everytime we communicate with a customer. We have many methods of communication e.g Contact Form, Xfire, Msn, Phone, Live Support. We will provide quality service everytime you contact us.

3. Once you have 1 Month Purchased
Payments will be monthly once you purchase one of our products/services. Therefore a day before your month is over we will remind you and give you the option to continue the product. We have the right to terminate your purchase anytime, This will only happen if you do not follow the terms and conditions.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds - You may only have a refund 5 days after purchase, if there are problems with our service.Most of our refunds are credited! and will count as a discount next time you order!
If there are problems you must contact us and we will try and sort out the problem. If the problem cant be fixed we will be obliged to give you a full refund - considering that it is within the 5 days.

Cancellation - After purchasing from High Rize Servers you may contact us anytime to cancel your account, Please contact us to cancel your account 1 week before the end of our month or we may charge you for the next month.

5.Unacceptable behaviour/Use of Service

We do not except rude/aggresive attitude towards our staff,

Customers must follow all of our terms and conditions if they do not, we will terminate your purchase with no questions asked. Stricktly no pornagraphic, pirated software or other similar illegal activities on our hardware.

6. Game Servers

No illegal files or programs are allowed on our game servers, your purchase will be terminated or suspended depending on the seriousness of the situation. Try keep server mods at a minimum as you will receive a high amount latency. If this does occur, we will happily re-install your servers for free - we will then have your server up and running within 24 hours. Also we dont except advertisment on any of our servers if we find that you have we will cancel your account without notice!

7. Problems etc.

When you order from High Rize Servers we are not guaranteed to have no problems! You should accept that we will have some
problems with our servers, If you recieve a fault, contact us ASAP And we will get to the problem straight away.
